Call our helpline

You can call the Centrepoint helpline for free Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, for young people experiencing or concerned about homelessness. Let us know on the call what language you would prefer.

We will use the information you give us to contact you, to learn more about what support you need, and to ensure we are reaching young Londoners who are experiencing homelessness . Are you a professional, family or community member?

Our online form is for self-referral only. We won’t be able to accept direct professional or other referrals. If you know a young person who requires help or would like our support around their housing or homelessness, please encourage them to use the form to get in touch with us.
