We can help you if you are:

– Aged 16-25
– In Greater London
– Currently homeless or soon to be homeless*

* we define homelessness as not have a fixed address or not feeling safe where you are staying.

Immigration

We can help you to understand what your immigration status is. We can also support you to resolve immigration and housing related issues.

Care leaver support

We give advice and guidance to young people who are care leavers, have care experience and/or have had involvement with children’s social services. If you are unsure what this means for you, contact us.

Emergency Services

If you’re at serious risk of harm always call 999. You can also go to your nearest A&E at hospital or police station.

StreetLink

Refer yourself or someone else if you are sleeping rough. A support team will try to come to you at your location.

Homeless England

Find homelessness support services for any age near you such as day centres, food, health and housing advice.

National Domestic Abuse Helpline (Refuge)

If you are in an abusive or violent relationship or fleeing any kind of violence or abuse and need help urgently.

Migrant Help

Independent advice and guidance to assist people seeking asylum in the UK, including 24/7 365 day phone line.

The Samaritans

116 123 (24 hours a day)
If you are feeling very low, feeling suicidal or need to talk to somebody urgently. You can also go to A&E at any hospital.
